All orders are sent via Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked for peace of mind. 
 
Dispatch Time: Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days.

Delivery Timeframe: Estimated delivery is within 5 working days from dispatch. 

Weight Limit: Available for parcels up to 2kg.

What if my order is delayed? 

Royal Mail aims to deliver within the stated timeframe, but occasional delays can occur. Please allow up to 7 working days from dispatch before contacting us. 

What happens if I’m not home when delivery is attempted? 

Royal Mail will leave a calling card with instructions for redelivery or collection from your local delivery office. 

Can I track my parcel? 

Yes — once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link so you can follow your order’s progress. 

Do you offer international delivery? 

At this time, we only ship within the UK.
